Has an experience in delivering service design process for companies as well as public institutions such as Childrens‘ Hospital in Olsztyn. Coordinated two editions of Global Service Jam in Gdynia.

During last few years delivered dozens of workshops related with design thinking, creativity and user centred design.  One of the most important thing in designing process is for her finding solutions that  are based on organization and employees potential.
