 Timo Hoffmann

Timo Hoffmann is a geographer who studied at the University of Trier in Germany and Lund, Sweden where he specialized in transportation planning and geographical information systems (GIS). He worked as a GIS developer before joining PTV Group in 2006 as a geodata consultant and project manager for European research projects in the field of transportation. After working there as Product Manager, Business Development Manager and Solution Director for the company’s road safety portfolio he started as Product Marketing Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa at the German subsidiary of Canada based company Miovision.

Aside from his main job, Timo mentored Startups at Startupbootcamp Berlin and is the head of the German office of 3DContentHub, a company based in Melbourne specializing in international 3D and 4K media content distribution.
