At STARTPLATZ, community members & employees share not only the workplace, but also knowledge, successes, mistakes and, of course, the lunch break. We believe in the potential of every idea - regardless of its origin. That's why we actively promote open exchange and want to give everyone the chance to develop - especially our employees.
In addition to 6,500 square meters of office space in Cologne's Mediapark and Düsseldorf's Medienhafen, we have created the DIGITAL STARTPLATZ as a platform for founders, innovation drivers and interested parties to exchange ideas and network. There, we offer daily digital networking events, workshops and exchange events to accompany and support founders on their way.
The STARTPLATZ is a place of inspiration, support and motivation - both for our members and our colleagues. Above all, we want to support our employees to develop and do what they do best. We believe that the best results are achieved when everyone does exactly what their heart is set on!
