Neosfer is an Early-Stage VC that operates as an innovation unit within Commerzbank. With a focus on FinTech, Sustainability, and B2B SaaS, Neosfer invests up to €3m per startup in Seed and Series A financing rounds. One key criterion for investment is the existence of a strategic link to the Commerzbank Group, such as a distribution partnership or internal usage. Some notable startups in Neosfer's portfolio include Grover, Pliant, and Circula. Overall, Neosfer represents an important player in the venture capital space, leveraging its relationship with Commerzbank to drive innovation and growth in key areas of the economy. 

Bloomhaus Ventures is the venture arm of a Swiss family office. Tim Schwichtenberg is based in Berlin and oversees the investment activities and portfolio companies in Germany. He has been active in the Startup and tech ecosystem for over 7 years, with roles in consulting and Venture Capital. Bloomhaus focus on technology startups, which digitize, automate, and disrupt value chains. We favor software only, but a mix of hardware and software is ok, too.
