NRW's largest start-up incubator and accelerator STARTPLATZ and Cashlink, the German provider of digital securities, have entered into a cooperation for a groundbreaking pilot project: For the first time, three start-ups will have access to a faster, simpler and more flexible form of raising capital through digital securities (tokenized securities) under German law. The three participating startups are as follows: cobago GmbH, which develops cobago SIX, a B2B team software for users from industry and commerce, poligy GmbH, which offers an environmentally friendly and inexpensive option for renewable energy with a new and patented material, and FanQ, a platform for football fans, which asks fans' opinions via app and visualises the results.
