We, Quantity Investment GmbH, are a technology start-up near Frankfurt am Main and will be offering crowd investing for “real” freelancers (e.g. doctors, architects, engineers, etc.) for the first time in Germany. Through us, freelancers who are legally considered natural persons can, for example, raise capital without having to change their legal form. This was previously not possible in Germany. Investors are finding a new asset class in well-known and familiar business models (e.g. doctor) with stable returns and very low default rates (0.13% source: Destatis). A permit from BaFin has already been received, and a notification of funding from the BAFA-Invest program is available.
